A desirable fabric that is versatile in colour, texture, purpose & type. It transcends trends year in & out, always reinventing itself. Besides denim, you can’t be ignorant of its power. It always remains a fashion statement, whether it be a vintage leather piece you’re donning or a recent fashion buy of yours.
For my personal styling preference, I would wear leather any day, anywhere. It is an indispensable ingredient in my wardrobe & trans-seasonal.
As we are falling into the winter season very briskly, let’s remember that although it might be a stylish statement wearing leather. Leather can feel quite icy on one’s skin in winter. To achieve the best leather winter-friendly look, always layer in a stylish way (long-sleeved T’s, polo necks, warm cosy knits & bodysuits etc. – if you’re really feeling risky, layer a few of these & throw your leather coat over it). Not all individuals are fans of layering, but I’m a sucker for it.
