The Klerksdorp Cluster Vispol Coordinator, Lieutenant Colonel Mojalefa Moeketsi, Hartebeesfontein Station Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Macalonke Mpatho and Hartebeesfontein Community Policing Officer, Constable Kgangetsile Mosweu attended Quality Learning and Teaching Campaign (QLTC) which was held at Tigane Community Hall on the 31st May 2019. Mr Khumalo, the Deputy Principal for Bakang Primary School explained the mandate of QLTC as ensuring that teaching and learning take place in an orderly manner whereby teachers do proper preparations prior to commencement of lessons.

When addressing the attendees, Lt Col Moeketsi from Klerksdorp Cluster office explained the role played by the South African Police Service in schools as to ensure that teaching and learning takes place in a tranquil, safe and harmonious environment that is conducive to learning and free from criminal activities prevalent in schools such as gangsterism, bullying and substance abuse.
