Fondsinsameling vir Adam Barnard
Die Romanz-sanger Adam Barnard van Parys het ‘n blywende indruk op Carli Bester gemaak.
Vandag is die skooldogtertjie ‘n onderwyseres vir gestremde leerders, model en fondsinsamelaar vir die liefdadigheidsorganisasie Feed a Child. Vandag is Adam in ‘n rolstoel gekelder weens nierversaking. Hy sterk stadig maar seker aan.
Adam se ma, Christie, is in Junie 2017 in ‘n tromop botsing op die R59 sowat 2km buite die Parys-vliegveld oorlede. Sy was juis oppad om Adam op te laai vir sy dialise wat hy in Potchefstroom ontvang. Sy was ook in die proses om vir hom ‘n nier te skenk.
Carli het besluit om in te gryp en sy is vol vertroue dat die Kosh-gemeenskap gaan help.
Sy hou ‘n fondsinsameling ten bate van Adam op 12 Mei by die Hartbeesfontein boeresaal.
Toegang is R250 per kaartjie wat ‘n ete, musiek en dans insluit. Items gaan ook opgeveil word.
