The ministerial task team appointed by Cabinet to attend to North West governance issues gave feedback today on the troubled province now placed under the control of national government by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Dlamini-Zuma told media that government is concerned about service delivery in the North West. She says the security cluster will look into all corruption allegations in the North West Provincial government and “those who should be charged, will be charged.”
 
All ministers were tasked to consolidate reports from their portfolio departments in North West and report back to Cabinet who then decided to put the North West Province under administration.
 
The inter ministerial task team was joined by the acting premier Wendy Nelson in meeting with municipalities in the province today.
