Three types of Facebook and WhatsApp messages could land you up to Three years in jail, this after the National Assembly passed the Cybercrimes and Cybersecurity Bill.

Deputy Justice Minister John Jeffrey said, “When it comes to what you say in cyberspace, be responsible – and, particularly, don’t threaten anyone with physical harm, violence or damage to property,”.He also said retweeting such messages could be a criminal offence.
